In June of this year, with the help of the University of Minnesota and the Super Shelf team, ACBC Food Shelf redesigned both the store and lobby area to make a more bright and welcoming space for families. The result has been outstanding and both our customers and volunteers love it.
Super Shelf staff also helped ACBC push toward providing more of the healthy foods our families want. With our redesign of shelving layout and stocking categories, ACBC now is able to provide more produce than ever, and we have also increased our offerings of dairy and whole grain foods.
Join us September 21st between 4-6 pm at the food shelf to see our new face-lift, chat with volunteers, staff, board members, and other community supporters and learn about all all of the ways ACBC Food Shelf addresses the varied needs of our growing community.
Light snacks and refreshments will be served. Everyone welcome.
